Since its founding by brothers Stephen and Joseph Falco in 1995, Falco’s Catering has become one of the premier gourmet catering and event planning companies in New Jersey. We highly recommend Falco's Catering. They are professional, helpful and efficient. Alyssa helped us plan the perfect menu for our rehearsal dinner and for our event the next day. Our wedding fell during Winter Storm Jonas, but Falcos made sure the food arrived during the Blizzard without issue. They also had all the food arrive the next day at Watermark even with all the left over snow. The food was delicious and the events turned out perfect!

I had the pleasure of working with Alissa. I don't think I could have asked her more questions! She was responsive, professional, and incredibly helpful! She was so patient and kind and I don't know what I would have done without her! She went out of her way to make sure that our wedding was perfect and just how we envisioned it! Everyone at the wedding loved the food!!! It was so delicious and well done. Falco's really goes out of their way to make sure you are happy. I can't imagine anyone else being able to do what they did! They are the best and I can't thank them enough for making our day so amazing!

We had a couple of guests that required Kosher food and they had another caterer that they work with for the Kosher food. They made sure that our guests were served the food that was ordered for them. The food and their service was great!

laurie said... Falco's catered my daughter's wedding last weekend. We had the reception in our backyard. From beginning to end everything went perfectly. We worked with Alissa and Heather. They were so professional. Heather was our Maitre d' and came to my home the week before the wedding to go over everything we wanted. She arrived early the day of the wedding to make sure everything went smoothly. Anything we needed or wanted they were always there to help or to make any adjustments. Stephen also came to our home in August to review the menu and help configure our backyard for the set up of tents and the flow of the wedding. All our guests raved about the food!! Stephen was our chef and we really could not of been happier with everyone from Falco's. Would recommend Falco's to anyone who is planning a wedding.

Megan said... There are seriously not enough good words to describe how wonderful my experience working with Falco's was! I worked with Alissa and she was absolutely the best. Our maitre d' for the night was Lisa and she orchestrated everything to perfection! everything flowed smoothly and all of the decorations i had gotten/made, such as various signs, pictures, and even an entire candy bar that i had a diagram for (yes i was a little bit of crazy bride ;)) - Lisa set up perfectly! (she said she had never seen a bride with as much stuff as me).. but she did a great job at pulling it all together exactly as i wanted it!! I honestly could go on and on but bottom line, Falco's was the best to work with - great people in every position, great food and they will definitely help you to create the wedding of your dreams!

Alissa was incredibly patient when it came to answering all of our questions, and also offered us excellent advice based on her experience, while also making to sure to listen to our opinions. They made it a priority to help us achieve exactly what we wanted, rather than make us fit into a cookie-cutter package. Our maitre'd, Lisa, was phenomenal to work with. She was so friendly and professional, yet also made it clear that she would take charge of running our day and communicating with the other vendors. Alissa was incredibly responsive and helpful and was always very positive and reassuring. The sushi station was incredible as well as the custom food we asked for during cocktail hour. The main course was so good my husband and I made sure to sit down and eat our whole dinners during the reception. Our captain made sure we always had food and drink and took good care of us during the cocktail and reception. Heather our maitre d was great as well. Incredibly professional caterer with outstanding food. We would highly recommend Falco's for any wedding, event or party!

Our guests are still raving about the quality, quantity, and presentation of the food and the hospitality and professionalism of their staff. From the gracious tasting they provided that helped us decide on their company, to the last, sweet good night bags they prepared for our contented guests as they left, Falco's was simply the BEST! Falco's staff made this all look effortless and everything was done to PERFECTION!! She sat down with us the day before and worked out all the details so there was no stress during the day of. The entire Falcos team were all extremely professional and very responsive. When choosing a caterer for our wedding, we spoke to Falco’s and two others. Right from the start, it was clear that Falco’s was a step above the others. We had the pleasure of working with Heather from start to finish and couldn’t have asked for a better partner. She was responsive, always upbeat, creative, calming and felt like working with an old friend. From the various rounds of menu proposals and edits through the execution the day of, we couldn’t have asked for a better partner to work with. All of Heather’s hard work was complimented by the amazing food we had. We had several “food snobs” at our wedding and we received such great feedback on the quality and presentation. We keep hoping we’ll find another reason to use Falco’s Catering soon. We know we won’t be disappointed.

We knew we were in capable hands after our very first emails with Alissa and after the food tasting when we got to meet the team, including the owners who made a point to come around table to table to introduce themselves and answer questions. The wedding day went so smoothly - it was a complete dream! The food was terrific! Lisa, the Maitre D, and Katelyn, the Captain, were so accommodating during the whole night. I'm not the "princess type" but they truly made me feel like royalty. And Falco's worked so well with the Berkeley Hotel, throughout the whole process, that the planning was seamless! I would definitely recommend Falco's Catering, again and again!

We came there knowing in detail the type of family style rustic Italian menu we desired, and on top of that, our wedding was being held at my parent's home. They knew right away what we were looking for and the quality in which we wanted, and man, did they deliver. The service was impeccable, our maitre d' Lisa was so attentive and professional, and the food...AMAZING. They have the building down to a science. My family was worried that with a cocktail style reception there wasn't going to be enough food. WHAT?? The people at our wedding were passing it up after a while because they had ate so much! Falco's does not mess around when it comes to people eating. The food was so fresh and presented so well! We had these really cute tomato soup shooters with a grilled cheese coming out of them. We had family raving about how good they were. We also had family tell us that the mini meals were so good that people kept going back up for more! My husband in fact said he couldn't stop eating the crab cakes. Really... everything was just amazing.

Alissa was very flexible, informative, and response to all of our questions and needs. She met with us a few times to go over all of the details and was very easy to work and get along with. Our Maitre D', Lisa, was on top of everything the day of the wedding and made sure things went exactly how we had asked them to. Our guests were very complimentary of the wait staff during cocktail hour and the reception and they have not stopped raving about how great the food was! Our wedding day was even better than we had dreamed and we owe Falco's a big thank you for making that happen! They went above and beyond for us and I would 100% recommend them to everyone.

The staff was gorgeous!!! The place was full love love thru the food, the crowd & the staff! There was always a constant smile & love for us, during the evening & with the people working the event, even with 310+ people. What a great team, Falco's brought even more love to the night!! Could not have been more friendly & professional. Absolutely perfect! We highly recommend Falco's to host your event. She is a professional at what she does and is so easy to work with. The hors d'oeuvres and dinner buffet were delicious. The maitre'd Lisa took care of everything from the time of the ceremony to the end of the reception to ensure everything ran smoothly. Captain Renee attended exclusively to the couple to make sure they had everything they needed. The cocktail room and reception room were elegantly decorated. I am a wedding photographer by trade, and therefore have eaten hundreds of wedding meals made by countless venues and caterers across NJ. And when it came time to plan my own reception, I hired Falcos. From start to finish, Falco's staff was friendly, professional, flexible, and took pride in the quality of their work. From the beginning, we had long list of special requests, and they accommodated every one. Our venue was a 150+ year old house with many logistical challenges, but they planned and executed the food service flawlessly. Alissa, our sales rep, was knowledgeable and prepared, coordinating all of our rentals and bartenders for us. She was always available, and quick to respond to any question. Falco's menu options are the more diverse than any other caterer we considered, and they even added some unique 'special request' recipes.

They are extremely flexible and will work with you to create anything you want on the menu. They do a beautiful tasting that really gives you a great opportunity to try out all of the different options. It's a really fun event. They are very responsive to all questions and typically responded to any e-mail that same day. They are SO friendly and a easy to deal with throughout the entire process. They did the set up and decorations for the cocktail hour, and it looked beautiful. I gave them a box of certain items I wanted out during the cocktail hour and reception, and they took care of everything from there. The food at the wedding turned out great, everyone loved it and we received a lot of compliments. I would certainly recommend Falco's to anyone for any type of event. They were great to work with.
