During the planning process we worked mainly with Tim, who was amazing! He was always prompt on answering all questions we had and communicated with us throughout the entire planning process. He made sure everything was going to be exactly the way we wanted it. Day of, we had Joe as our maître d' and he was also great! He took care of everything for us and made sure everything was set up exactly how I wanted it! He was even was getting us drinks throughout the night! The Madison Hotel is an absolutely beautiful venue and all of our guests were amazed with the entire wedding!

My Husband and I had our wedding here this past month and there are not words to describe how amazing the whole staff at the Madison Hotel was! Our wedding was a weekend event from Friday to Sunday. Everything from the centerpieces to the cake was perfect! Carolina took care of us the day of. She made sure everything was running on time, the wedding party was where they needed to be, and that my husband and I were fully attended to during the reception! It has been 3 weeks and I have had so many relatives and friends who are still talking about my wedding, saying what a wonderful time they had! The whole weekend was perfection and I have the amazing staff at The Madison Hotel for making me want to relive the whole weekend over again! There is not a thing I would do differently!

I had my wedding ceremony and reception at the Madison Hotel in the Conservatory Room at night in November. It was absolutely beautiful and the whole night was perfect. The staff was amazing and constantly by my side and my groom's asking us what we needed. The whole day was everything I had hoped for and more. It was such a special day and everyone commented on how amazing the venue was. It's great that everyone can stay at the hotel too, so no need for transportation! Such a great venue.

My husband and I got married at the Madison Hotel, and the day was amazing. We worked with Tim from the very beginning. He helped us to design our day and the menu exactly as we wanted. The food was delicious from cocktail hour to dinner and our amazing cake. The conservatory is beautifully decorated for the season and looked gorgeous in the evening. We heard only good things from our guests about the food and the service. Our maitre D' was Joe. He was very attentive and went above and beyond to make the night personalized and special for us. Thank you to everyone at the Madison for making our day wonderful -- we cannot say enough good things.

We had our wedding in the Conservatory which was beautiful, intimate, and very romantic! The venue itself has a warm, vintage charm. From start to finish, The Madison Hotel was accommodating, professional, patient in answering all of my questions, meticulous, attentive, and completely exceeded our expectations. They really went above & beyond with anything additional we requested. The food is excellent too, especially the wedding cake. We received so many compliments on how great the cake was. The hotel also has some great places to take photos such as the Rod's staircase, outside by the Parlour Car, or near the fire place in the lobby. I have not experienced customer service like this in a very long time - top notch! The staff made us feel at ease on our wedding day. Our wedding was magical!

The Madison Hotel has it all - an amazing glass conservatory, fully loaded menu for cocktail hour and dinner, and an incredible honeymoon suite. I highly recommend The Madison Hotel and head caterer Tim MacHale for helping with all the arrangements. I planned my wedding in 3 months, and it couldn't have been more perfect. You don't need a year to plan if you go with The Madison Hotel!

The Madison Hotel Conservatory Room is an absolutely breathtaking venue for a wedding. We had a spring weather, the flowers in the Conservatory Room helped our wedding theme of "garden romance." The food is outstanding. We loved our experience working with Charles D. from catering. He was always helpful and friendly throughout our entire wedding process.
