The Crystal Plaza provided excellent service for my husband and I as well as for all my guests. It has been almost a month since the wedding and I still have guests telling me that they had a great time and that the service was exceptional, very attentive and professional staff. The cocktail hour had everything we discussed and more, they went above and beyond to make it the perfect night for my husband and I. The food was delicious and they even went as far as converting the lobby/entrance into a full blown bakery for us and our guests on the way out. Two thumbs up to the Crystal Plaza and all of their staff -- so glad we chose them!

Crystal Plaza was my absolute dream venue! My outdoor ceremony in the beautiful garden was everything I could have asked for. The gorgeous venue itself was magical and breathtaking! They did such an amazing job. The food was phenomenal from the cocktail hour to the reception. Everyone would not stop talking about how delicious the food was and how much of it there was! The service was impeccable! Nella, Marco, and Mikail were fantastic and so attentive to all the details! And then, there's Shay, who was my bridal attendant. She was so wonderful, fantastic, sweet and so attentive without being overbearing! She was on point with everything and tended to my every need! Everyone who worked there were absolutely fantastic and wonderful and I can't thank them enough for making my special day so beautiful and wonderful.

There are not enough positive words to even begin to express how truly amazing this venue is. The Crystal Plaza made the planning of our wedding from beginning to end easy and enjoyable. The day of our wedding I wish I could explain to you in words how amazing the staff is here. They are TOP-NOTCH service to not just the bride and groom but our bridal party, friends, and family. Not only did they take care of us while we were there but after as well. They sent home blueberry cheese cake for the groom because they knew it was his favorite. The decor here as well is to die for and they truly make is an elegant and beautiful day. It was raining on my wedding day and even still I almost didn't mind because taking pictures indoors was just as beautiful! I cant even begin to tell any bride out there looking for a wedding venue to PLEASE go look at the Crystal Plaza you will not regret it! Thank you again to Allan and your entire staff!
